The "touch pad" is painted white (see pictures/ black square) 
The back/rear of the controller Is off white/gray (to go with the theme)

Includes remote pictured to control bottom section of LEDs. 
Within each grip (left and right) are smart LED lights which can be controlled using the included remote, functions such as strobe, fade, flash and others or choose from a variety of colors.
 Under the d-pad and X,O,Triangle Square are two LEDs that remain blue.

Rumbles (vibration) have been removed. Expect +10% battery life/game time and with no vibration ..make that scoped shot easily.
