Shipping times:
Please allow 10 - 14 days for assembly and testing and shipment with tracking confirmation.
Each controller is purchased new and disassembled, sanded, painted, trimmed etc. it is then tested to ensure it functions properly and to avoid sending a faulty product.
When an order is placed in our store we begin building the product, it is not kept in-stock.

The controllers are assembled with new parts and assembled on a new genuine sony dualshock 4.
